Schöne geschmackvoll eingerichtete Lodge. Unser Zimmer war auch super. Geräumig und sauber. Grosses Bad.
Abendessen konnte dazugebucht werden zu einem fairen Preis. Zog sich allerdings über 2,5 Stunden , für meinen Geschmack zu lang , war aber sehr lecker. Vom Frühstück war ich etwas enttäuscht, entsprach nicht meinem Geschmack. Ein kleines Buffet wäre vielleicht ganz nett...
Aber alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt . Wir konnten auch viele Tiere spotten. Sowohl beim Game Drive als auch abends von der Terrasse.

What an incredible experience! Willem is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and completely at home. His warm hospitality and attention to detail truly make this place something special.
The food was absolutely outstanding—every meal was delicious and beautifully prepared. The accommodation is spacious, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking hiking trail, where we were fortunate enough to see an abundance of wildlife. The natural beauty of the surroundings is simply unforgettable.
We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and will most certainly be back. We highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with outstanding hospitality, excellent food, and beautiful scenery. Don't hesitate to book—you won't be disappointed!

We stayed there for 2 nights. Amazing place, big comfortable rooms, very calm. The food was really good too and the people there very nice (Willem took very good care of us). Surrounded by a wild, huge land, we could walk and see the animals around (impalas, giraffes, zebras etc...). Great to disconnect from the everyday stress. Close to Oudtshoorn.

Perfect affordable retreat in an ideal location.
Host, Willem, and chef, Florence, provide first class service. Always willing to help and the food was fantastic, Karoo cooking at its best.
The wine selection was perfect.
Rooms spacious and clean.
True value for money!!

"Unforgettable wild experience! Our stay at the game farm lodge was absolute bliss. From the stunning views to the amazing service, everything was top-notch. Tolle Lodge, aber jedem muss bewusst sein, dass in der Nähe (Outdshoorn 30 km) nichts ist. Dafür ist man mitten in der Kleinen Karoo- tolle Tiere, die wir bei einem Spaziergang sahen- Giraffen, Antilopen, Vögel…
Über Outdshoorn macht die Anreise über 6,5 km Schotterpiste Sinn. Von der anderen Seite sind es an die 21 km.
Zimmer waren schön.
Pool toll, leider konnten wir diesen wegen dem Regen nicht nutzen.
Abendessen war angemessen berechnet.
Weinauswahl gut.
Auch Frühstück war gut.
Der Preis für die Unterkunft ist noch ok, aber bei einem höheren Preis müsste doch mehr inkludiert sein, wie z.B. die Game- Fahrt.
Kuchen am Nachmittag gab es nur am ersten Tag und Kaffee Tee sollte bereit gestellt werden.

Toller game drive. Tiere kommen fast bis zu den Unterkünften. Achtung gravel road! Von Osten 6,5km von Westen 21km. Abendessen ist begrenzt verfügbar. Frühstück spartanisch. Sauberer Pool. Tolles Panorama.
